This information is helpful for all those camping on-site. We have rules in place, and these ensure that everyone is able to have a good time. If you have any questions about our sports festival or any of these rules, please contact the Chester 7s team directly.
All camping is from Friday until Sunday. Following a bumper year in 2018 we’re expecting more than 700 tents in 2019, we've doubled the size of the campsite but please be as prompt and courteous as possible. The campsite is open from 3:00 p.m. on Friday until 12:00 p.m. on Sunday.
With plenty of toilets, showers, and refreshments tents, the campsite is well stocked for up to 3,000 guests.
Having introduced glamping with 10 tents in 2017, we now have 30 beautiful, brand new glamping tents available for 2019. These house 10 people each, and are great for those who need more creature comforts. Please get in touch for more details.
A midnight bar is available, so there is plenty of opportunity to drink responsibly. We ask that this is adhered to by all festival-goers to ensure a great weekend for everyone.
Our 2 car parks are clearly sign posted. Please note, car park A (opposite Burrows Hill entrance), will only be open on Friday for admission. All cars arriving saturday will be directed to car park B at the Moss Farm entrance to the festival.
• Please note that the following are banned on-site:
Camp Fires, BBQs, Cooking Appliances, Externally Purchased Alcohol, Glass Items
• All bags are checked on entry, and we reserve the right to reject anybody flouting any festival rules. These are set by our host club, the police, and licensing authorities. By following these rules, everyone is able to have the best time.
