Can I park on site? If so what are the details?
Parking is available at Chester7s and is subject to a cost of £10 per car, and this will be taken on the day. This covers you for a full weekend of parking.

 

the main car park is opposite Winnington Park RFC main gates on Burrows Hill, Northwich. Gates for this car park will open at 2:30 pm on the Friday. The Car parks will be patrolled by our security staff all weekend but we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any individuals vehicle or belongings – please do not leave valuables in your vehicle. For added security, drivers will be issued with a “Drivers Wristband”. Only persons with this wristband will be granted access to the car park following initial arrival. Please do not park on the roads and estates around the area, parking enforcement do partol these areas and you risk a fine or being towed. 

What are the details concerning my tickets and entry? 

All tickets are issued electronically. On arrival at the main enternace please have your eticket (which will have been emailed to you on purchase) ready to be scanned by our gate staff. Once completed you will be issued with a relevant wristband for use over the duration of its validity.

 

We have massively increased our numbers of main gate security personnel to help speed up your entry into the festival. However, in common with most large events, some queuing on arrival is inevitable. Please plan ahead and be patient.

We DO NOT permit the following into the festival and camp site areas: alcohol, glass or plastic bottles (including soft drinks, energy drinks & water), cans, tins, campfires, BBQs, camping stoves, candles, noz gas, illegal drugs, legal highs and gazebos, (other exclusions may apply at the discretion of the management). Any items deemed as not permitted and found at security or during the event will be disposed of. 

 

For the safety and comfort of all guests, no wristband means no admission. The festival reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who arrives at the festival and is deemed previously intoxicated.The event duty managers decision is final and will not be reversed. 

 

Is water available at the festival?

Yes fresh water is available at the water stations which are located next to the club house, water will also be available to purchase from behind all of our bars throughout the weekend. Trays of water are available to teams only.  


When is last entry to the festival?

Last entry for campers is 11:00 pm on Friday. Last entry for Day Visitors is 8:00 pm on Friday and 7:00 pm on Saturday.

If I can’t come, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, as with all live sports and music events we operate a no refund policy on ALL tickets purchased for the event 

Can I get a Shower/what are the toilets like?

We have plenty of hot showers available, and these can be found in the shower blocks located next to the main club house.  At peak times on the Saturday there may be a queue, please be patient and mindful of others.

 

We take great pride in ensuring we have plenty of toilets for the numbers of people anticipated to attend our event. We also have a team of cleaners who will tend to these facilities all weekend. Please be helpful and courteous to all of our staff- mis-treatment of our staff will not be tolerated. Toilets are located in the General area as well as in the camping areas. 


Whats included in glamping?

We provide a luxury, pre-erected, 6 meter Bell Tent, designed to fit ten people. You will receive a special Glampers wristband to allow you into the glamping area– please do not remove it. For the safety and comfort of all guests, no wristband means no admission. All our glampers are able to make use of the “posh loo’s” located on our glampsite. We will also provide a mini pamper tent with access to mirrors, dressing tables and power outlets.  The Bell Tents require guide ropes, so please do take care when walking around the tents that you don't trip, we do light our site up as well as possible but there are some less visible areas so please take care not to trip when navigating the site, (this applies to our normal campers too).

PLease be advised you will need to supply your own beds and bedding in the galmping areas. 

Please note – all tents are smoke free zones.

Bar tokens

To help with speedy service at our bars, we operate a Bar Token System. Please make sure you visit the token booths before going to the bar.

Tokens this year will be sold at just £6 per token, and will be on sale from 3pm Friday and 10am Saturday and sales of tokens will stop at 11:45pm both nights. Please note: tokens are non refundable and do not carry a value once the event has come to an end. Please refrain from buying excess tokens. 

 

In line with our license requirements we operate a Challenge 25 policy – if you are lucky enough to look under 25, please ensure you bring a driving licence or passport as ID.

 

As in previous years, we will not be using disposable plastic pint glasses - please feel free to bring along your own re-useable pint cup or buy one of our souvenir cups for just £3.


Can I bring children to the festival?

Children are welcome to join our event at £10 per child and only if accompanied by a responsible adult WITH A PRE BOUGHT ONLINE TICKET. All children must however leave the site by 7:00 pm both nights inline with our license. Absolutely no under 18’s are permitted on the campsite at any time.

 

Entertainment 

Due to circumstances beyond the management's control, the line-up may be subject to change at short notice. In the unlikely event that a headline artist cancels and has to be replaced with a similar artist, we are not in a position to offer refunds under any circumstances.
