1. Can I park on site? If so what are the details?

Yes, you can. We offer car parking on site at a cost of £5 per car. If you are a camping guest please use 'Car Park A' opposite Winnington Park RFC main gates on Burrows Hil, Northwich which opens at 14:30 pm on Friday. If you are a Winnington Park member or are using a day ticket which has been purchased online, please use 'Car Park B' on Moss Farm Leisure which opens at 5pm on Friday. Car parks will be manned by our security staff all weekend but we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any individuals vehicle or belongings – please do not leave valuables in your vehicle. For added security, CAR PARK A drivers will be issued with a “Drivers Wristband”. Only persons with this wristband will be granted access to Car Park A following initial arrival. Please do not park on the roads and estates around the area. There is plenty of onsite parking. 

2. What are the details concerning my tickets and entry? 

Team Tickets:


Team wristbands will be collected and signed for by the first person from that team to arrive at our main gate. It is the responsibility of the lead person to distribute them among the team. No-one will gain entry without a wristband.

We have massively increased our numbers of main gate security personnel to help speed your entry into the festival. However, in common with most large events, some queuing on arrival is inevitable. Please plan ahead and be patient. We cannot permit the following into the festival and camp site areas: alcohol, glass or plastic bottles, tins, campfires, BBQs, camping stoves, candles, noz gas, illegal drugs, legal highs and gazebos, (other exclusions may apply at the discretion of the management). Please note - soft drink cans are permitted only if presented with an unbroken seal. For the safety and comfort of all guests, no wristband means no admission. The festival reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who arrives at the festival and is deemed previously intoxicated.The event duty managers decision is final and will not be reversed. 

3. When is last entry to the festival?

Last entry for campers is 11:00 pm on Friday. Last entry for Day Visitors is 8:00 pm on Friday and 8:00 pm on Saturday.

4. If I can’t come, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we operate a no refund policy on all tickets purchased for the event.

5. Can I get a Shower/what are the toilets like?

We have plenty of hot showers available. Team ladies/gents showers are available in both Winnington Park and Moss farm clubhouses and will be clearly signposted. We also have a number of individual shower cubicles located alongside the Winnington Park Clubhouse – these are most in demand. If you do not want to use the sports facilities showers, please be patient.


We take great pride in ensuring we have plenty of toilets for the numbers of people anticipated to attend our event. We also have a team of cleaners who will tend to these facilities all weekend.

6. Whats included in glamping?

We provide a luxury, pre-erected, 6 meter Bell Tent, designed to fit ten people. You will receive a special Glampers wristband – please do not remove it. For the safety and comfort of all guests, no wristband means no admission. You need to supply your own beds and bedding. All our glampers are able to make use of the “posh loo’s” located on our glampsite. Please note – we are unable to provide power points and all tents are smoke free zones. The Bell Tents require guide ropes, please take care when navigating the site not to trip, (this applies to our normal campers too)!

7. Bar tokens

To help with speedy service at our bars, we operate a Bar Token System. Please visit the token booths before going to the bar. Tokens remain at just £4.50 per token and drinks are sold in multiples of half a token. Please note: tokens are non refundable and do not carry a value once the event has come to an end. Please refrain from buying excess tokens. Bar token sales will finish 11.45 pm both evenings.


In line with our license requirements we operate a Challenge 25 policy – if you are lucky enough to look under 25, please ensure you bring a driving licence or passport as ID.





We will not be using disposable plastic pint glasses - please feel free to bring along your own re-useable pint cup or buy one of our souvenir Cups for just £2.

8. Can I bring children to the festival?

Children are welcome to join our event with a £5 on the gate admission fee payable and only if accompanied by a responsible adult WITH A PRE BOUGHT ONLINE TICKET. All children must however leave the site by 8:30 pm and will not be permitted in the Big Top after 7:00 pm both evenings. Absolutely no under 18’s are permitted on the campsite at any time.


9. Entertainment (Party at Park) 


Due to circumstances beyond the management's control, the line-up may be subject to change at short notice.
